I have curated this cute and whimsical real insect collection featuring 8 REAL insects preserved inside a wooden shadowbox! This collection is made up of some of the prettiest insects we could find! The insects include a real pink and green grasshopper, and a red sangaris butterfly as the centerpiece surrounded by several colorful and metallic jewel beetles. The insects are secured under glass in a shadowbox measuring approximately 1 ft x 1ft. The artwork is mounted on a textured cream background with a white mat border. You may choose a black or white frame. You may also choose between regular glass or an upgrade to museum grade UV glass.

My insects are raised on insect farms and sanctuaries and are not taken from the wild. Insect Farming actually helps to preserve rain forests and also assures the survival of natural butterfly habitats. Native people are encouraged to grow plants and raise insects opposed to clearing land for cash crops. I am a proud member of the Rainforest Alliance!
