CHOOSE YOUR STONE!:

1. RUSSIAN AMAZONITE: These aqua blue-green Amazonite stones are found in the llmensky mountains of Russia, but Amazonite can be found on several continents. It garners its name from the Bluegreen waters on the Amazon River. Dating back to ancient times, Amazonite was a distinguishing feature of the lavish emperor tombs of Egypt. It was used along with Lapis Lazuli in the famous gold mask of Pharaoh Tutankhame. Often regarded as a good luck charm, it was also a distinctive element in ancient Indian jewelry design. Amazonite is traditionally associated with luck, money, and overall success. It's known as the "gambler's stone," encouraging good luck and fortune.

2. BLUE & ORANGE SODALITE: Sodalite is a dark royal blue with white and orange calcite veining. Sodalite occurs in igneous rocks that crystallized from sodium-rich magmas. This is the origin of the name "sodalite." It is commonly found in Greenland, Canada, the northeastern United States, and Russia. Dating back to the Renaissance, sculptors, painters, and other artists were known to carry Sodalite for inspiration. It was known as a "muse" stone. Sodalite also had a long held association with the color of the heavens and this particular shade of blue was considered a sacred color (sacre bleu) and was often used to color the robes of the Mother Mary and the Archangel Michael in famous paintings of the time.

3. CHERRY CREEK JASPER: Found in South Africa, China, and the US (Utah), this stone mimics an array of colors found in nature, from the golden sunrise, to rich dark soil and orange clay, poppy fields, green grass, and the red rocks of the Grand Canyon. Some Native American cultures believed Red Jasper to symbolize "the blood of the Earth", making it particularly sacred. Red Jasper was meant to connect one deeply to nature and the vibrations of the Earth, bringing a greater understanding and acceptance of nature.

4. PETRIFIED FLUORITE: A very rare find, petrified fluorite is a fossil in which the organic remains of a tree have slowly been turned into stone via a mineralization process. Rare conditions must be met in order for a fallen tree to be transformed into fossilized wood or petrified crystal. The petrifaction process occurs underground. The fallen plant matter is buried in volcanic ash or water saturated sediment, an environment free of oxygen, this inhibits decomposition which preserves the original plant structure and general appearance. Mineral-rich water fills the organic plant structure with inorganic minerals. During replacement, the plant's cell walls act as a template for crystalline mineralization. The end result is petrified wood, or in this case "petrified fluorite", with its original basic plant structure in place, totally filled in and replaced by fluorite crystals. The fluorite crystals are a naturally stunning color combination of violet and lavender purple with hints of yellow and green. The word fluorite is derived from the Latin verb fluere, meaning "to flow". For centuries, Fluorite has been thought by many to help promote creativity. It is said that wearing the stone can help to declutter thoughts and break up negative patterns, clearing away the fog so to speak, so that your creativity is free to "flow".
